How to do a return
Items will have to return back intact, in own packaging, with guarantee and Cartoleria Pantheon 1910 return form, fill out close to the original receipt. Delivery costs are on carriage forward.
Can i get a refound?
After checked the item’s status, you will receive an email to confirm the refund. So if the Staff verify a damage, refound will congruent to the value of the items, by way of reduction. We will make the refund within 14 days after recived wares. The right of withdrawal can be carry out about any kind of personalized items ( with initial or your name engraved on the leather items ) made on request.
